Refer a friend

Invite terms

• Who can refer: current monthly or yearly subscribers, including people in a trial. We verify your subscription and its email with Stripe before creating a link. Day-pass purchases cannot create links.
• What your friend gets: a 37-day trial (30 extra days) on the monthly ($2.99/mo) or yearly ($19/yr) plan. A card is required at checkout, and the plan renews at the normal price after the trial until they cancel. Cancel any time before the trial ends to pay nothing. The extra days do not apply to the $1.49 24-hour pass.
• New customers only: your friend must enter an email before checkout, and that email is used for the subscription. Emails that already have a ThriftyPDF plan or that were already referred are not eligible.
• What you get: a $2.99 credit on your ThriftyPDF account after your friend's first paid invoice (after their trial ends and the charge succeeds). Credits apply automatically to your next invoices. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Up to 12 credits per 12 months.
• No self-referrals: using your own link, a second email, or the same Stripe customer does not earn a credit or extra trial days. We may withhold or reverse credits for abuse, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Sharing honestly: if you post your link in public, disclose that you get a credit if someone subscribes (FTC Endorsement Guides). Do not pay for or post fake reviews, and do not send spam. Your opinion is yours; you never need to say anything positive to earn a credit.
