Remove pages from a PDF before you share it

Sending a lease, a statement, or a report but only some pages are relevant? Delete the extra pages in your browser and download a new PDF. Important: deleting whole pages is not the same as redacting text on a page you keep.

Steps

  1. Drop the PDF into Organize.
  2. Delete every page the recipient should not receive.
  3. Reorder the remaining pages if needed, then Apply & download.
  4. Open the new file and scroll through every page before sending.
  5. If a page you keep contains sensitive lines, use a proper redaction tool for that page—covering text with a shape does not remove it.

FAQ

Are deleted pages really gone from the new file?

The downloaded file is rebuilt with only the pages you kept, so removed pages are not included. Your original file is unchanged on your device.

Does this redact text?

No. It removes whole pages only. Black boxes drawn over text in other apps can often be copied out; use a dedicated redaction feature for partial pages.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Organize runs in your browser.

What does it cost?

All six tools need an active plan: a 7-day trial (card required), then $2.99/mo or $19/yr until you cancel, or a one-time $1.49 24-hour pass.
